How do I ask a business for a quote?
On a product or service page, use the enquiry or quote option if it is available. Add the required details and check My Quotes for replies and next steps.
Where do I respond to customer enquiries?
Open the business Quotes or Enquiries area to review incoming requests and respond using the options available for each request.
Where can I read a business reply to my quote request?
Sign in and open My Quotes. Select the request to review the business response, any updated quote, and the next action available to you.
How do I send or update a quote?
Open the incoming request in the business quote workspace, review its scope and customer details, then use the response action to send or revise the quote. Confirm the amount and terms before submitting.
