What are product attributes and how should I fill them?
Attributes describe searchable product facts such as material, size, or brand. Choose the closest valid option and enter accurate values; leave a field blank rather than guessing when it does not apply.
What are SKU and HSN fields?
A SKU is your own stock/item identifier. HSN is a tax classification code where applicable. Use the code from your records or a reliable official source; suggested values should be checked before saving.
Can I import many products at once?
Open the product bulk-import tool and download or follow its required template. Match column names and formats, review the preview/errors, and correct the file before confirming import.
How do I export business data?
Use the export option for the relevant business report or catalog. Export access may depend on your role and plan. Store downloaded files securely because they may contain business or customer information.
How do I add or replace product photos?
Open the product editor or business media area, upload a clear image in an accepted format and size, and save. Use photos you have permission to use and avoid including private customer information.
