By creating an owner account or listing a business on Dukovo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Business listings

You may publish only lawful, accurate business, product, service, pricing and media information. You must have the right to use uploaded logos, photographs, videos and documents.

Verification and platform rules

Dukovo may request verification, restrict visibility, remove misleading content or suspend access when required for safety, compliance, fraud prevention or violation of these terms.

Orders and customer interactions

Owners are responsible for fulfilling their published products and services, honoring displayed prices and policies, and responding appropriately to customer requests. Platform features may change as the service evolves.

Prohibited use

Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or abusive content, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate reviews, misuse customer data or interfere with platform operation.

Account closure

You may stop using your account subject to outstanding orders, legal obligations and required record retention. We may restrict or close accounts that breach these terms.
